A lovely girl..

A lovely girl
She walks in with a big smile on her face
Pretty eyes, pretty lips, pretty skin, pretty everything
She could almost be perfect
She speaks with full of confidence
A convivial vibe paired with affable gestures
She holds herself robustly well
A lovely girl she is…

Walking pass the door
She turns and she smiles
Her eyes sparkle full of life;
Men lusted for her, Women envied her
A lovely girl she is...

Stepping inside her house of refuge
She closes the door behind her
Nobody knew
She cried and she cried, and she still cried
Nobody knew
A box full of memories
Torturing and tormenting the voice within
How could she go on?
How will she go on?

She smiles to herself and says,
"Everything's going to be alright."
A lovely girl she is…
A bright and sunny Sunday afternoon
The sound of waves drumming against the shore seems like melancholic harmony to her ears
She hums along a beautiful melody unknown to the world
A sigh escapes her withered poise
Tears run down her cheeks
A lovely girl she is…
The world is too immersed with their problems
Sometimes they don't see those who are in need
This world filled with superficial beliefs and commercialized schemes;
They are blinded by the cause, by their cause
And forget the strength in gravity of compassion and empathy

A lovely girl
Walking down the street
Nobody knows
How lovely she is...
